Thank you for trusting Wrapsesh with all your vehicle restyling needs. In order to proceed with your wrap, you must read and acknowledge each term below.
All deposits made are non-refundable and non-transferable. A deposit will be required upfront to book your appointment, with the remaining balance due upon vehicle pickup. All invoices with payments made by card will have a 3% transaction fee applied to the final payment due. For a 3% cash discount, payments can be made by cash, check to Wrapsesh LLC, or Venmo (NOT MARKED as SERVICES or GOODS).
Your invoice is subject to change throughout the process of your vehicle wrap. These changes are usually due to small details, like new parts/clips needed, additional labor required, hourly bodywork, emblem replacements, or any upsells. Any drastic changes in cost will be brought to your attention for your approval.
Any payment of an invoice insinuates a binding agreement of the work to be completed by Wrapsesh, and your understanding (as the client) of all terms, pricing, and services provided. Once payment has been made towards an invoice I am legally obligated to pay the full amount of the invoice due. If I fail to pay off my invoice and do not set up a special payment arrangement, I understand that legal action may be filed against me. In this situation, there will be late fees and court fees involved, that I will be liable for.
Plastic Clips and fasteners can be worn down over time due to sun exposure, aged plastic, or are made to be a one-time use. If your vehicle is new (same year vehicle as the year we perform the service), clip replacements are covered by Wrapsesh. For any older vehicles, if a plastic clip/fastener must be replaced or is missing, it will be at your expense to replace it. These parts will be added to your invoice, if needed, without approval.
I understand that a wrap is only a sacrificial layer to my paint, NOT a paint protection film. Wraps can be damaged by surface scratches, offroading, rock chips, chemicals, road debri s, sun exposure, and improper aftercare. All of the above listed are NOT covered by manufacturer warranties or Wrapsesh’s 90-day installation guarantee.
I understand that a wrap is only as good as the surface of the panel being wrapped. ONLY gloss-painted smooth surfaces are covered by manufacturer and installation warranties. Anything I can feel on the surface of the panel will be seen through the wrap; dents, rock chips, deep scratches, oxidation, etc.
I understand that vinyl cannot have guaranteed perfection as it is installed and trimmed by hand. Vinyl will not have a perfect paint-like finish and cannot cover all surfaces in the same way paint can. I understand that I cannot compare the two products side by side when they are two different mediums.
I understand that Wrapsesh is not liable for any clear coat OR paint failure before, during, or post-wrap removal on my vehicle. This is not a problem that arises because of the vinyl installation/removal, but rather from the current condition of my paint. I will be notified by Wrapsesh if any issues occur during vinyl removal/installation. Re-painted panels must be cured a minimum of 90 days before wrap or PPF can be applied.
I understand that the longevity of my wrap depends on: the material brand, type of color, sun exposure, and aftercare. Arizona carries limited warranties that vary from brand to brand.
