Thank you for your interest in Wrapsesh for custom design work. In order to proceed with your design, you must read and acknowledge each item.
All deposits made are non-refundable and non-transferable. A 50% design deposit will be required upfront to start your design. The remaining balance for the design cost along with your material deposit will be required, once you have an approved design. All invoices with payments made by card will have a 3% transaction fee applied to the final payment due. For a 3% cash discount, payments can be made by cash, check to Wrapsesh LLC, or Venmo (NOT MARKED as SERVICES or GOODS).
Complete changes in the design theme/concept or additional design work requested outside of the scope of work originally agreed to may require an additional fee, and is at the discretion of the designer.
Most designers will charge by the piece for the entire project. If I opt to pay for hourly design work, I understand that this time will be documented and I will be charged accordingly.
I understand that custom designs come with up to six renderings/alteration requests. If I exceed this limit, I understand that I may be charged for additional design time, which is at the discretion of the designer.
I understand that it is my responsibility to make sure all information in the rendering is correct, including spelling. If I request any changes to the design AFTER I have approved it OR after it has been printed, it will be at my expense.
I will not reach out to the designer directly for any design requests or additional pricing. I understand that Wrapsesh’s designers are contracted to work with shops directly, not the end consumer. The only place that I may make design requests is direct to Wrapsesh OR in the group email chain between the designer, myself, and Wrapsesh.
I understand that there may be some variation between the two-dimensional rendering and the three-dimensional wrap on the vehicle. I acknowledge that some variations in design depiction may occur but Wrapsesh will do their best to deliver the closest resemblance to the rendering as possible.
I understand that I have the option to pay a “line-up guarantee” fee for my design. This fee covers any additional design time, installation time, and reprints needed to create a completely seamless design like the original rendering.
I understand that I may request a deadline for print files in hand from the designer. If the designer agrees to this deadline before starting the project and then fails to abide by their commitment, I might receive a discount on my design. This is at the discretion of the designer.
I understand that keeping to the design timeline requires me to provide constructive feedback in a timely manner when a rendering is delivered to me. I also acknowledge that I will be required to provide reference artwork for the designer upon starting my project, to give them good visual direction on what I want. If I do not provide feedback within 48 hours, I understand that my design might be moved to a lower priority for the designer and further delayed.
I understand that I am not allowed to replicate or reprint my artwork through any shop other than Wrapsesh. I acknowledge that the art files belong to the designer who created them, along with Wrapsesh. If I commit to doing design, print, and installation with Wrapsesh, I will follow through with that obligation as dictated in my invoice. Wrapsesh and the designer own all rights to the artwork.
For artwork that is trademarked or copyrighted: I understand that I am requesting artwork that is copyrighted or trademarked and inherit the risk with this. Although Wrapsesh has never encountered any infringement issues or “Cease and Desist” orders, I understand that I must accept the liability. I knowingly hired Wrapsesh and the designer to create custom fan art for me. If legal action is pursued against myself or Wrapsesh for the design, I accept all legal responsibility. I understand that I may be asked to remove the wrap or be threatened with legal action.
Any payment of an invoice insinuates a binding agreement of the work to be completed by Wrapsesh, and your understanding (as the client) of all terms, pricing, and services provided. Once payment has been made towards an invoice I am legally obligated to pay the full amount of the invoice due. If I fail to pay off my invoice and do not set up a special payment arrangement, I understand that legal action may be filed against me. In this situation, there will be late fees and court fees involved, that I will be liable for.
